PROCESS PREMIER CLEAN

Welcome to Premier Clean – the Standard in Central Ohio!

1. CONTACT US…

To schedule your FREE Home Evaluation. We’ll be happy to send one of our Estimators to your home to complete a walk through & discuss any concerns/questions you may have.

Give our office a call, shoot us a text, fill out the CONTACT US page or send us an email. You can make it even easier and request an appointment by clicking BOOK ONLINE at the top of this page and selecting “Free Estimate” from the menu.

2. CHOOSE…

The services you would like during your FREE Home Evaluation. Our Estimator will work with you to identify the rooms to be cleaned and the frequency of your service. Don’t forget to also choose a date and time that works best for your schedule for your BIG CLEAN!

3. BEFORE THE BIG CLEAN: Need a Reminder?

No problem! We always send an email reminder a few days prior to your appointment just in case! We ask that before our visit, you may also need to prepare your home (see Terms & Conditions on the CONTACT US page for details on preparing your home).

4. CLEANING DAY: “We are On the Way!”

Once our Team is en-route to your home, you’ll receive an SMS text confirming our team’s dispatch, and then again upon completion of your appointment.

5. SIT BACK, RELAX, & ENJOY!

We’ve got it covered. Before we get begin, our Team will say hello, address any concerns and then get started. We come prepared with all of our own supplies and equipment.

PRICING

Pricing is based on many factors to include the number of rooms selected, soil level, and services requested. A minimum estimate of $60 must be reached after discounts and taxes for our Team to service your residence.

The prices in Housecall Pro (See Book Online) reflect routine cleaning conditions and apply to a residence that has already had a baseline cleaning performed. Most baseline cleans, also referred to as “First-Time” or “One-Time” cleans, will run approximately 1.5 to 2 times the cost of a Routine Clean estimate. Any residence that has not been cleaned by our staff within 50 days prior to the appointment will fall into the “First-Time” Clean category, and should undergo an on-site evaluation prior to scheduling. If a recurring service is desired, our Team will provide you with two estimates during your on-site evaluation; a First-Time Clean estimate and a Routine Clean estimate.

First-Time Cleans generally run between $300-$700, depending on the services chosen and the overall soil level.

Routine Cleans or “Recurring Cleans” generally run between $150 – $300, depending on frequency.

RECURRING RATE DISCOUNTS – One of the biggest factors in the recurring rate for your residence is frequency of our services. After the home is baselined, a general, routine cleaning rate will apply. The discounts below apply to the Routine Clean rate:

• Monthly – Service recurs every 4 to 6 weeks, or monthly with a 10% Discount. (MUST be less than 50 days since date of last service)

• Bi-Weekly – Service recurs every other week, with a 20% Discount. (MUST be less than 22 days since date of last service)

• Weekly – Service recurs every week, with a 30% Discount. (MUST be less than 12 days since date of last service)

STANDING DISCOUNTS – We offer the following standing discounts with proof of membership, age, status, service, and/or residency.

• Military Veteran –10% Discount (cannot combine with recurring rate discount, promotional discounts, or other standing discounts)

• Active Military, Police, and Fire – 15% Discount (cannot combine with recurring rate discount, promotional discounts, or other standing discounts)

• Senior Citizens (60yrs of age and over) – 15% Discount (cannot combine with recurring rate discount, promotional discounts, or other standing discounts)

• World War II Veterans – ALWAYS FREE! It’s our pleasure (FREE offer applies to a 2000 sqft space or smaller, or $150 off a First-Time Clean; offer is limited to one cleaning/discount every 90 days, or a maximum of 4 cleanings/discounts per calendar year)

PAYMENT

Payment is due on the day of service, unless other arrangements have been made. All customers must pay for their service in full with a personal check, with credit card online via Housecall Pro, or through the Premier Clean office by the end of the service day to avoid a Late Payment Fee. Any payment made after the day of service will incur an additional fee of $35.00. We accept all major credit cards.

Please address personal checks to: Premier Clean. Premier Clean DOES NOT accept cash given the risk to our Team and transactional liability.

If you will not be available in person during your service and are paying by Personal Check, please have the payment available in a visible or pre-designated area (table, desk, or counter-top) prior to our arrival. If the payment is not available/visible to our Team, or if the Team is unaware of your intent to pay online or call in a payment, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you using the contact information on file. If payment arrangements have not been made or provided prior to cleaning, the cleaning cannot take take place and it will be handled as a Cancellation & Lockout (refer to Terms & Conditions).
