Our COMMERCIAL Services:

All commercial property will require an on-site evaluation with the property owner and/or manager and our expert staff. Each commercial property will be estimated based on the unique characteristics of the space and the desired services, using many of the same considerations as the Residential model, but with logical adjustment. While the Terms & Conditions listed on the CONTACT US page speak mainly to residential customers, each topic area, such as payment, scheduling, etc. will be covered in depth and included in a tailored commercial cleaning agreement. First-Time/One-Time Clean

This is our deeper, more detailed service intended to baseline a customer’s residence. It is recommended for first-time appointments, occasional or one-time customers, and customers that suffer from allergies, have multiple or large pets, or that are preparing to host an event.

This service includes everything that the Routine Clean service includes, but amplified for a stronger focus on addressing build-up.

Most First-Time/One-Time cleans will run roughly 1.5 to 2 times the cost of a Routine Clean estimate. Any residence that has not been cleaned by our Team within 50 days of the appointment will fall into the First-Time Clean category, and is recommended to undergo an on-site evaluation prior to scheduling. If a Recurring Clean service is desired, our Team will provide you with both estimates during your on-site evaluation.

Routine Clean

This is our standard service for customers that have already undergone a baseline cleaning and use professional house cleaning service on a recurring basis.

The Routine Clean service is billed as advertised on Housecall Pro (see BOOK ONLINE link) using the “Per Room” advertised price, with an additional charge based on added Extras (see below).

Vacancy Clean

This service addresses the headache of cleaning when moving in or out.

Similar to our First-Time/One-Time Clean service, the Vacancy Clean is billed using the “Per Room” advertised price as the baseline with the potential for an additional charge based on soil level and added Extras (see below). The FREE ESTIMATE is highly recommended and will clearly lay out all charges ahead of time for review and approval.

Supplies & Equipment

We provide our Teams with all supplies, equipment, cleaning products, and tools to service your residence. All of our supplies and equipment are commercial, off-the-shelf and approved for sale and use in the commercial marketplace. If you have a specific cleaning product preference, please feel free to leave that product out for our Team to use when cleaning your residence.
